With over 30 years of experience in finance, Claude Diserens has, during his career, led numerous projects related to asset management, brokerage and technology. He started as Relationship Manager as well as Investment Advisor servicing the South American countries mainly Mexico, Argentina and Brazil at Citicorp Bank Switzerland Geneva. Then, he moved from the banking to the brokerage industry  as a Fixed Income related products broker  with Kidder Peabody Services and Merrill Lynch in Geneva and London for a period of 4 years. He completed his career with IT oriented experiences at Reuters for 8 years. He hold several managerial positions which contributed to the achievement of a number of key contracts for Europe Middle-East & Africa area. After 16 years in the 3 industries, Claude decided to start a new career as Independant and Financial Consultant.

 

 

 

 

Stephen Rufino

Head of Investment Analysis

Responsible for our portfolio analysis and investment strategy services, Mr Rufino joined Galeo in 2012.

A graduate from University of London with

a PhD in molecular modelling and a qualified investment analyst and wealth manager (CIIA), Stephen Rufino held senior positions in fund selection and more recently on the investment and management comities of a Swiss bank.

 

Christophe Holenstein

After graduating from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Northwestern Switzerland with a Master of Science in Management and Service Design, Mr Holenstein joined Galeo as Project Manager. In this position, he analyses our clients' requirements to determine how best to fulfil their specific needs. An ERP specialist, Christophe Holenstein also holds a Bachelor in Business and Administration from the School of Management and Engineering of Vaud (HEIG-VD).

 

 

Marco Mancesti

He also spent 17 years in leadership and strategy roles in the Biotech/Pharma industry. Marco Mancesti now acts as Trusted Advisor to top decision makers, senior management facilitator and expert in Learning & Development.

He is an alumnus of numerous IMD programs: Breakthrough Program for Senior Executives (BPSE), High Performance Leadership (HPL), Organizational Learning in Action (OLA), Leading Strategic Initiatives (LSI), Managing Manufacturing and Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP). Marco Mancesti is the author, amongst other management articles, of the "Disruption-Fit Leader", "The Triple Switch-off Effect", “Do you have the right implementation team” and Google's top-ranked "Is VUCA the End of Strategy and Leadership".

 

 

Emmanuel Fragnière

Dr Emmanuel Fragnière CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), is a professor of  risk and Innovation management at the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland (HES-SO Valais). He is also a Lecturer in Enterprise Risk Management at the University of Bath, School of Management. Previously, he was a Commodity Risk Analyst at Cargill (Ocean Transportation) and a Senior Internal Auditor at Banque Cantonale Vaudoise.. He has published several papers in academic journals such as Annals of Operations Research, Environmental Modelling and Assessment, European Journal of Operational Research, Interfaces, Management Science as well as Service Science. He is the author (with Sullivan) of the book entitled Risk Management: Safeguarding Company Assets, Fifty-Minute Crisp Series, November 2006 (2015 new edition).
