Bénéficiant de près de 30 ans d’expérience dans la finance, Claude Diserens a, au cours de sa carrière, dirigé de nombreux projets ayant trait à la gestion de fortune, le courtage ou la technologie. Il a notamment occupé des postes à responsabilité chez Citicorp, Merill Lynch et Reuters. En 2003, conscient du besoin existant, il décide de fonder Galeo avec Patrick Baudet, afin de proposer une solution de consolidation d’actifs totalement intégrée et facile d’utilisation.

 

Stephen Rufino

Responsable de notre service d’analyse de portefeuilles et de stratégie d’investissements, M. Rufino a rejoint Galeo en 2012. Titulaire d’un Doctorat en modélisation moléculaire de l’Université de Londres, il est aussi au bénéfice du diplôme d’analyste financier et de gestionnaire de fortune (CIIA). Monsieur Rufino a en outre occupé au cours de sa carrière des postes à responsabilités au niveau de la sélection de fonds puis, plus récemment, en présidant le comité d’investissement ainsi qu’en tant que membre du comité de direction d’un établissement bancaire de premier ordre.

Marco Mancesti is IMD business school's former Research and Development Director. He also spent 17 years in leadership and strategy roles in the Biotech/Pharma industry. Marco Mancesti now acts as Trusted Advisor to top decision makers, senior management facilitator and expert in Learning & Development.

He is an alumnus of numerous IMD programs: Breakthrough Program for Senior Executives (BPSE), High Performance Leadership (HPL), Organizational Learning in Action (OLA), Leading Strategic Initiatives (LSI), Managing Manufacturing and Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP). Marco Mancesti is the author, amongst other management articles, of the "Disruption-Fit Leader", "The Triple Switch-off Effect", “Do you have the right implementation team” and Google's top-ranked "Is VUCA the End of Strategy and Leadership".

 

 

Emmanuel Fragnière

Dr Emmanuel Fragnière CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), is a professor of  risk and Innovation management at the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland (HES-SO Valais). He is also a Lecturer in Enterprise Risk Management at the University of Bath, School of Management. Previously, he was a Commodity Risk Analyst at Cargill (Ocean Transportation) and a Senior Internal Auditor at Banque Cantonale Vaudoise.. He has published several papers in academic journals such as Annals of Operations Research, Environmental Modelling and Assessment, European Journal of Operational Research, Interfaces, Management Science as well as Service Science. He is the author (with Sullivan) of the book entitled Risk Management: Safeguarding Company Assets, Fifty-Minute Crisp Series, November 2006 (2015 new edition).
